We're seeking an experienced and outstanding customer service professional. This role requires creativity and rigor, thinking outside the box to resolve customer issues. We expect the candidate to be proactive, with a "get it done" spirit and solid problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex cases to TLs
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer handling skills
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Adhere to shift schedules and maintain attendance compliance

Must Have

  •  High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ensure all activities align with ISO 9001:2015 quality procedures
  • Adhere to company-wide data privacy and information security guidelines  as per ISO 27001:2022 (ISMS) and ISO 27701:2019 (PIMS).

Nice to have

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a BPO or similar environment (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Additional languages
  • Google Ad words experience
  • Strong analytical skills
