We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Officer to support, maintain, and strengthen our IT infrastructure. The candidate should have solid knowledge of network systems, firewall configurations, and troubleshooting domain-related issues. Lead the entire sales cycle

Must Have

Bachelor Degree or Higher
1–2 years of experience in IT Support/System Administration.
Understanding of networking protocols and IT infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Nice to have

Experience in writing online content
Additional languages
Google Adwords experience
Strong analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for servers, user accounts, security permissions, group policies, and print services.
Monitor system health, check logs, and assist in resolving hardware/software issues as they arise.
Assist in maintaining laptops, desktops, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, IP phones, and other IT assets.
Provide first-level and second-level support to the Help Desk team and escalate complex issues when required.
Support the setup, testing, and maintenance of new systems and applications.
Monitor firewall configurations and support routine system backups and audits.
Ensure smooth connectivity for internet, LANs, WANs, and intranet systems.
